1. Scope of Services

The scope of services is defined in your individual proposal or quote. Anything not explicitly included is out of scope and will be quoted separately. No additional work will begin without written approval and acceptance of the quote.

Website Builds

Every website is quoted based on requirements. Most projects fall between £400–£1,200 depending on size and complexity. Typical starting points:

  • Static website (up to 5 pages): from £400
  • Content-managed website: from £600
  • Additional pages: £100 per page

Features such as e-commerce, booking systems, APIs or other integrations are quoted separately. Each website build includes one round of revisions during the design phase.

Standard Hosting — £45/month

Reliable hosting and maintenance for static or CMS websites. Includes:

  • Secure hosting with SSL certificate
  • Automated backups
  • Security updates
  • Uptime monitoring
  • Maintenance support (e.g. site outages): 1–2 working days
  • All other requests handled on a best-endeavours basis

Where a content management system (CMS) is provided:

  • Customers are responsible for changes made via the CMS
  • If customer edits break the site, introduce errors, or require recovery, repairs will be quoted and billed separately

Fully Managed — £70/month

Everything in Standard Hosting, plus ongoing support and content updates handled for you. Includes:

  • Up to 4 hours of monthly support, limited to small changes to existing content, images, SEO, and styles
  • Unused hours do not roll over or accrue
  • Additional pages or new functionality are not included and will be quoted separately
  • Support response time: 1–2 working days unless stated otherwise

Additional Hosting Requirements

Some websites require additional infrastructure beyond standard hosting. Where required, these are charged at £25/month per service to cover the additional hosting and maintenance involved.

Examples of additional services include:

  • Serverless functions
  • Background workers or scheduled tasks
  • Webhook processors
  • Third-party integration relays
  • Authentication services
  • Automation services
  • Custom backend logic

2. Project Fees & Payment (One-Off Work)

For all website design and development projects, payment is split as follows:

  • 50% upfront, payable before any work begins
  • 50% on completion, payable prior to website launch, handover, or transfer of files

Work will not commence until the initial payment has been received. Final delivery, launch, access credentials, or handover will not be provided until the balance has been paid in full. Project timelines may be paused if payments are delayed.

3. Payments, Billing & Cancellation (Website Build/Transfer)

Once a quote has been accepted, customers have 5 working days to cancel without charge.

After 5 working days:

  • Build, setup, or transfer fees become non-refundable

4. Hosting, Billing & Cancellation (Ongoing Services)

  • Customers may pay monthly or annually.
  • Hosting and ongoing services are billed in advance.
  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period:

  • No partial refunds for unused time (monthly or annual)
  • If cancelled, service continues until the end of the paid billing period

Continued use of services after payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.

5. Pricing Changes

  • We reserve the right to adjust our pricing as demand, costs, or services change.
  • Any price increase will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice.
  • Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.

6. Acceptable Use & Content Standards

Our services must not be used for:

  • Illegal activity under UK law
  • Fraud, phishing, spam, malware, or deceptive practices
  • Content that is abusive, discriminatory, explicit, or infringes intellectual property

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate hosting immediately if a website:

  • Is used inappropriately or unlawfully
  • Poses a security, reputational, or operational risk
  • Is misused in a way that affects our infrastructure or other clients

Termination in these cases may occur without refund.

7. Edits, Changes & Add-Ons

Only work explicitly included in a package or SoW is covered.

Additional features, edits, integrations, or fixes are:

  • Quoted upfront
  • Charged separately
  • Started only after approval

We reserve the right to decline work that is unsafe, unreasonable, or outside our offering.
