Additional hosting requirements

Where required, these are £25/month per service to cover the additional hosting and maintenance involved.
Website transfers
If you have an existing website hosted elsewhere, we can transfer it over to one of our hosting plans from £200.
If your site needs updating or reworking as part of the transfer, we'll discuss your requirements and provide a clear quote for any additional work.
Website Support Credits
Coming soonSupport credits allow you to request updates or improvements to your website without committing to a monthly support plan.
They're ideal if you only need help occasionally.
Credits can be used for things like:
- Content updates
- Page additions
- Layout adjustments
- Image replacements
- Small improvements or fixes
More complex work such as integrations or new features may be quoted separately.

How credits work
- Credits are used in 30-minute increments
- You'll always be able to see your remaining balance
- Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase
- Additional credit bundles can be purchased at any time
If you expect regular updates, the Fully Managed planis usually the better value option.

There are no hidden costs and everything is agreed upfront before work begins.
